近二十年国内廉政文化研究综述--基于CiteSpace的文献计量学分析

Synthesis of the Twenty Years’Research on the Culture of Clean Government:a Bibliometric Analysis Based on CiteSpace

学术界对廉政文化的研究,经历了一个由“冷清”到“升温”的过程。当前廉政文化研究的整体状况是:廉政文化研究领域的核心研究群体还未形成,秦馨、孙立军、居继清、曹文泽、黄义英等人是发文量靠前的学者;发文量排名前三的研究机构分别是武汉大学、南通大学和广西师范学院,但是机构之间合作度不高;被引率排名前三的期刊文献分别是《中国监察》《廉政文化研究》和《中共中央党校学报》。该领域的研究热点集中于廉政文化的预防腐败功能、高校廉政文化建设与廉政文化教育、新时代的廉政文化建设与习近平关于廉政建设的重要论述、传统廉政文化及其当代价值四个方面;“全面从严治党”“习近平”和“新时代”三个关键词是研究的前沿问题。廉政文化领域的研究在未来应该强化理论内涵与实践应用研究,推进与其他学科的交叉研究;强化廉政文化的定量研究,促进定性研究与定量研究的结合;强化廉政文化的对内对外传播研究,增强廉政文化的感染力和影响力。

The academic research on the culture of clean government has gone through a process from“negligence”to“fervor.”It is found that the core research group in the field of clean government culture has not yet formed,Qin Xin,Sun Lijun,Ju Jiqing,Cao Wenze,Huang Yiying and others topping the list of publishing scholars;Wuhan University,Nantong University,and Guangxi Normal University having published more articles,cooperation between institutes rare;China Supervision,Anti-Corruption and Integrity Culture Studies and Journal of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China are the top three periodicals cited.The hotspots in the research field focus on four aspects:corruption prevention function of clean government culture,construction of clean government culture in colleges and universities and education of clean government culture,construction of clean government culture in the new era and Xi Jinping’s thoughts on clean government,traditional clean government culture and its contemporary values;The three key words of“strictly governing the Party”,“Xi Jinping”and“new era”indicate the frontier issues of research.Future researches in this area should focus on theoretical connotations and practical application to promote interdisciplinary studies;quantitative studies should be stressed with combined studies of qualitative studies and quantitative studies;Internal and external dissemination of integrity culture should be emphasized to promote the culture’s appealing power and influence.
