王阳明廉政思想的主旨、局限性及当代借鉴

Gist,Limitations and Contemporary Reference of Wang Yangming’s Thoughts of Clean Governance

王阳明在传统社会享有极高声誉,其廉政思想的主旨是致良知以安百姓,包括明明德以安民、致良知以灭欲、知行合一以为政等方面。从王阳明廉政思想可以管窥整个传统文化崇尚圣人之治的缺陷,即内圣外王的虚幻、存理灭欲的偏颇、德主刑辅的局限。不过王阳明廉政思想也有积极的当代借鉴意义,其主要表现:要以现代法治实现对圣人之治的超越,并在法治基础上注重德法兼治,重视德治的价值优势和治理效能,保持“法”与“德”的张力和秩序。

Wang Yangming enjoyed great renown in traditional culture,whose thoughts on public integrity focused on consciousness to soothe the masses,including promoting the internal nobility to soothe the public,pursuing the lofty consciousness to curb the desires,and putting theory into practice,etc.Wang’s thoughts are a revelation of the defects of upholding governance by the sages,namely,the delusion of being noble internally and being powerful externally,the partiality of being reasonable to terminate the desire,and the limitation of valuing morality over punishment.Anyway,his thoughts also shed light on contemporary anti-corruption efforts,requiring us to excel the ancients with modern means of rule of law,with morality and rule of law emphasized equally on the basis of rule of law,rule of morality to be emphasized for its value advantages,the tension and sequence of“law”and“morality”to be maintained.
