血清OPN在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达与临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of Serum OPN in Patients with Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

目的:探究血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)在口腔鳞状细胞癌患者中的表达及检测意义。方法:回顾性分析2020年2月-2021年1月松滋市人民医院35例口腔鳞状细胞癌患者的临床资料,将其设为口腔组;选取同期本院18例颌面良性肿瘤患者的临床资料,将其设为良性组;选取同期本院25例健康体检者的临床资料,将其设为对照组。比较三组OPN水平;观察口腔鳞状细胞癌OPN水平与病理因素的关系并对其相关性进行分析。结果:三组ONP水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口腔组ONP水平均高于对照组和良性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。良性组的ONP水平高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。口腔组中不同年龄、性别、分化程度的OPN水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。有无颈淋巴结转移、不同临床分期患者的OPN水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口腔组颈淋巴结转移、临床分期与ONP水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:检测口腔鳞状细胞癌患者的OPN水平对肿瘤的浸润、复发、转移及预后具有一定的意义。

Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of serum osteopontin (OPN) in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma.Method:The clinical data of 35 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma in Songzi People’s Hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,they were selected as the oral cavity group.The clinical data of 18 patients with maxillofacial benign tumor in our hospital during the same period were selected as the benign group,the clinical data of 25 healthy subjects in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.OPN levels were compared among three groups;the relationship between OPN level and pathological factors in oral squamous cell carcinoma were observed,and the correlation was analyzed.Result:There were significant difference in ONP levels among three groups (P<0.05).The ONP level in the oral cavity group were higher than those in the control group and benign group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The ONP level in the benign group was higher than that in control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in OPN levels of different ages,genders and degrees of differentiation in oral cavity group (P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in OPN levels among patients with or without cervical lymph node metastasis and different clinical stages (P<0.05).The cervical lymph node metastasis and clinical stage were positively correlated with ONP level in oral group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Detection of OPN levels in serum and cancer tissue is helpful for early diagnosis and treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
