优质护理服务对老年肺部感染患者的影响

Influence of High-quality Nursing Service in Elderly Patients with Lung Infection

目的:探究优质护理服务对老年肺部感染患者的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年10月100例老年肺部感染患者,采用随机分组法,分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理服务,比较两组并发症情况、痰标本合格率、护理前后CPIS及VAS评分。结果:观察组痰标本合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组CPIS及VAS评分均明显降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年肺部感染患者而言,给予其优质护理服务效果十分显著,能够有效地减少并发症的发生,提高患者痰标本合格率,促进患者肺部感染炎症吸收和减轻疼痛不适,值得研究和推广。

Objective:To explore the influence of high-quality nursing services in elderly patients with lung infection.Method:A total of 100 elderly patients with lung infection from May 2018 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing services.The complications,qualified rate of sputum specimens,CPIS and VAS scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The qualified rate of sputum specimens in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).After nursing,the CPIS and VAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly,the CPIS and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with lung infection,the effect of quality nursing services is very significant,can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the qualified rate of patients’ sputum specimens,promote the absorption of lung infection inflammation and relieve pain and discomfort,it is worthy of research and promotion.
