麻醉恢复室整体护理对全麻手术肿瘤患者的影响

Effect of Holistic Nursing in Anesthesia Recovery Room on Tumor Patients Undergoing General Anesthesia Surgery

目的:探析全麻手术肿瘤患者在麻醉恢复室实施整体护理的效果。方法:选取本院2018年11月-2019年11月收治的100例全麻手术肿瘤患者,所有患者随机分为参照组(50例,麻醉恢复室实施常规护理)和研究组(50例,麻醉恢复室实施整体护理),对比分析两组患者护理前后的心理状态、苏醒期躁动率、麻醉并发症发生率(低氧血症、支气管痉挛、胃食管反流、误吸)及护理满意度。结果:两组护理后SAS、SDS评分均有降低,但护理后的研究组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组的苏醒期躁动率为14.00%,明显低于参照组的32.00%(P<0.05);研究组麻醉并发症发生率为4.00%,明显低于参照组的22.00%(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度为96.00%,明显高于参照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。结论:全麻手术肿瘤患者在麻醉恢复室实施整体护理,可有效改善患者心理状态,降低患者苏醒期躁动率,降低麻醉并发症风险,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing for tumor patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery in anesthesia recovery room.Method:A total of 100 cases of tumor patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the reference group (50 cases,routine nursing was performed in the anesthesia recovery room) and the study group (50 cases,holistic nursing nursing was performed in the anesthesia recovery room).The psychological state before and after nursing,restlessness rate in recovery period,incidence of anesthesia complications (hypoxemia,bronchospasm,gastroesophageal reflux,aspiration) and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were decreased,but the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05);the restlessness rate in recovery period of the study group was 14.00%,which was significantly lower than 32.00% of the reference group (P<0.05);the incidence of anesthesia complications in the study group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 22.00% of the reference group (P<0.05);the nursing total satisfaction of the study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00% of the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of holistic nursing in anesthesia recovery room for tumor patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,reduce the restlessness rate in recovery period of patients,reduce the risk of anesthesia complications,and improve the satisfaction of patients for nursing services.
