不同年龄段儿童传染性单核细胞增多症临床特点及实验室指标的比较

Comparison of Clinical Characteristics and Laboratory Indexes of Children with Infectious Mononucleosis in Different Ages

目的:探讨不同年龄段儿童传染性单核细胞增多症临床特点及实验室指标差异。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月本院241例儿童传染性单核细胞增多症患儿,根据年龄将其分为A、B组,0~6岁患儿为A组(n=142),7~12岁患儿为B组(n=99)。比较两组患儿的实验室检查资料和临床特点。结果:A组发热(>38 ℃)、皮疹发生率均高于B组,颈部淋巴结肿大、肝脾肿大发生率均低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞(LY)水平高于B组,血红蛋白(HGB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平均低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同年龄段的传染性单核细胞增多症患儿,其实验室检验结果和临床特点会有差异,临床上应结合患儿的年龄段特点进行及时有效、准确的诊断,并给予针对性的医疗干预,帮助患儿改善预后。

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and laboratory indexes of children with infectious mononucleosis in different ages.Method:A total of 241 children with infectious mononucleosis in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected,and they were divided into group A and group B according to their age.Children aged 0-6 years were divided into group A (n=142),and children aged 7-12 years were divided into group B (n=99).The laboratory examination data and clinical characteristics were compared between two groups.Result:The incidence of fever (>38 ℃) and rash in the group A were higher than those in the group B,and the incidence of cervical lymph node enlargement and hepatosplenomegaly in the group A were lower than those in the group B,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).WBC,LY levels in the group A were higher than those in the group B,HGB,LDH,ALT and AST levels in the group A were lower than those in the group B,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Different ages of children with infectious mononucleosis,the laboratory test results and clinical characteristics will be different,clinical should be combined with the characteristics of the age of children with timely treatment.Effective and accurate diagnosis,and give targeted medical intervention to help children improve prognosis.
