摘要
目的:外科显微手术联合5-FU多聚缓释体和;I局部放疗联合治疗胶质瘤效果分析。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月龙岩市第一医院收治的106例胶质瘤患者,按照入院时间将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组行外科显微手术,观察组行外科显微手术+5-FU多聚缓释体+;I局部放疗。比较两组治疗效果、神经肽相关指标、不良反应及预后情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组OT、AVP、MMP-2、MMP-9比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,观察组OT、AVP、MMP-2、MMP-9均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、2年,观察组复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于胶质瘤患者,应用外科显微手术、5-FU多聚缓释体、;I局部放疗联合治疗效果较好。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of microsurgery resection combined with tumor bed implant 5-FU polymer slow-release body and;I local radiotherapy in the treatment of gliomas.Method:A total of 106 patients with glioma admitted to Longyan First Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to admission time,53 cases in each group.The control group received microsurgery resection,and the observation group received microsurgery resection combined with tumor bed implant 5-FU polymer slow-release body local chemotherapy and;I local radiotherapy.The therapeutic effect,neuropeptide related indexes,adverse reactions and prognosis were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there were no significant differences in OT,AVP,MMP-2 and MMP-9 between two groups(P>0.05);after surgery,OT,AVP,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between two groups 6 months after surgery(P>0.05);1 and 2 years after surgery,the recurrence rate of observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with glioma,the combined treatment of surgical microsurgery,Tumor bed implant 5-FU polymer slow-release body and;I local radiotherapy is better.
