血栓心脉宁联合缬沙坦在高血压缺血性脑卒中二级预防中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Xueshuan Xinmaining Combined with Valsartan in Secondary Prevention of Hypertensive Ischemic Stroke

目的:探讨血栓心脉宁联合缬沙坦在高血压缺血性脑卒中二级预防中的效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年4月江门市第二医院收治的94例高血压缺血性脑卒中患者,按照随机数字法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组47例。对照组应用常规治疗,研究组应用血栓心脉宁联合缬沙坦治疗。比较治疗前后血压指标、血液流变学指标及不良事件发生情况。结果:研究组不良事件发生率和全因死亡率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组收缩压、舒张压、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组收缩压、舒张压、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压缺血性脑卒中二级预防中,应用血栓心脉宁联合缬沙坦治疗取得理想效果,可有效控制血压,改善血流流变学指标,降低高血压缺血性脑卒中复发等不良事件,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xueshuan Xinmaining combined with Valsartan in the secondary prevention of hypertensive ischemic stroke.Method:A total of 94 patients with hypertensive ischemic stroke admitted to Second People’s Hospital of Jiangmen from February 2019 to April 2020 were selected,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number method,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with Xueshuan Xinmaining combined with Valsartan.Blood pressure,hemorheology and adverse events before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The incidence of adverse events and all-cause mortality in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,whole blood high cut viscosity,whole blood low cut viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and hematocrit between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,whole blood high cut viscosity,whole blood low cut viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and hematocrit in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the secondary prevention of hypertensive ischemic stroke,Xueshuan Xinmaining combined with Valsartan has achieved ideal results,which can effectively control blood pressure,improve hemorheological indexes,reduce the recurrence of hypertensive ischemic stroke and other adverse events,which is worthy of promotion and application.
