针刺结合躯干核心肌群稳定性训练在脑卒中偏瘫急性期患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Trunk Core Muscle Group Stability Training on Patients with Acute Phase of Stroke Hemiplegia

目的:研究脑卒中偏瘫急性期患者应用针刺结合躯干核心肌群稳定性训练的临床效果。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年12月广州市海珠区中医医院收治的脑卒中偏瘫急性期患者120例为研究对象,按随机数字表电脑抽取法分为研究组与对照组,每组60例。两组均进行常规康复治疗配合针刺,研究组在此基础上联合躯干核心肌群稳定性训练。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后的Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)、Barthel指数表(MBI)、躯干控制测试(TCT)评分。结果:治疗前,两组BBS、FMA、MBI、TCT评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组BBS、FMA、MBI、TCT评分均显著升高,且研究组BBS、FMA、MBI、TCT评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中偏瘫急性期患者应用针刺结合躯干核心肌群稳定性训练,可有效改善其平衡及运动功能,改善其生活能力。

Objective:To study the effect of acupuncture combined with trunk core muscle group stability training on patients with acute phase of stroke hemiplegia.Method:A total of 120 patients with acute phase of stroke hemiplegia admitted to Guangzhou Haizhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into study group and control group according to random number table computer extraction method,with 60 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture.On this basis,the study group was additionally treated with trunk core muscle group stability training.The Berg balance scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),Barthel index(MBI)and torso control test(TCT)scores of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in BBS,FMA,MBI,TCT scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,BBS,FMA,MBI,TCT scores of the two groups were significantly increased,and the BBS,FMA,MBI,TCT scores of study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with trunk core muscle group stability training can effectively improve the balance and motor function of patients with acute phase of stroke hemiplegia,and improve their life ability.
