中药联合降阶梯疗法治疗婴幼儿喘息的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with De-escalation Therapy on Infantile Wheezing

目的:探讨中药联合降阶梯疗法治疗婴幼儿喘息的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月本院收治的150例喘息患儿,以随机数字表法均分为两组。对照组75例患儿接受降阶梯疗法治疗,试验组75例患儿接受中药联合降阶梯疗法治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果及复发情况。结果:治疗前,两组患儿的临床表现积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、7 d后,试验组患儿临床表现积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在采用降阶梯疗法对婴幼儿喘息患者进行治疗的基础上加用中药治疗,可提高治疗效果,改善喘息症状,减少复发,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with de-escalation therapy on infantile wheezing.Method:A total of 150 children with wheezing admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,75 cases in the control group were treated with de-escalation therapy,and 75 cases in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with de-escalation therapy.The therapeutic effect and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of clinical feature between the two groups (P>0.05);after 3 and 7 days of treatment,the clinical feature scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of the de-escalation therapy,traditional Chinese medicine for infantile wheezing can improve the therapeutic effect,improve wheezing symptoms and reduce recurrence,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
