对症治疗联合千金苇茎汤对痰热阻肺型医院获得性肺炎的效果

Effect of Symptomatic Treatment Combined with Qianjin Weijing Decoction on Hospital-acquired Pneumonia with Phlegm-heat Obstructing Lung

目的:观察对症治疗联合千金苇茎汤对痰热阻肺型医院获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法:选择2015年6月-2020年6月本院收治的痰热阻肺型医院获得性肺炎患者103例。随机分为试验组53例和对照组50例。对照组给予抗炎、止咳化痰、支持对症疗法。试验组在对照组基础上给予千金苇茎汤。比较两组治疗总有效率、中医症候积分、不良反应。结果:试验组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为83.0%和64.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症候积分均比治疗前明显降低,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对症治疗联合千金苇茎汤对痰热阻肺型医院获得性肺炎治疗效果显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical treatment effect of symptomatic treatment combined with Qianjin Weijing Decoction on hospital-acquired pneumonia of phlegm-heat obstructing lung.Method:A total of 103 patients with hospital-acquired pneumonia of phlegm-heat obstructing lung were selected from June 2015 to June 2020.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group (53 cases) and control group (50 cases).The control group was given anti-inflammatory,relieving cough and phlegm,and supporting symptomatic therapy.The experimental group was given Qianjin Weijing Decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,TCM syndrome score,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group and the control group were 83.0% and 64.0%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Symptomatic treatment combined with Qianjin Weijing Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of hospital-acquired pneumonia of phlegm-heat obstructing lung.
