输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Flexible Ureteroscope Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Upper Urinary Tract Calculi

目的:输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术(FURS)治疗上尿路结石患者的效果研究。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月于本院接受治疗的95例上尿路结石患者,治疗方式为输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术。比较治疗前后的生活质量评分,并观察临床指标、临床疗效、并发症发生率、结石清除率的情况。结果:本研究患者的术中出血量(25.68±0.68)ml,住院时间(4.18±0.35)d,手术时间(42.23±8.51)min,治疗总有效率为94.73%,结石清除率为98.95%,并发症发生率为6.32%。治疗后主观健康状况、主观生存质量、社会关系、生理、环境、心理评分分别为(2.84±0.74)、(3.22±0.86)、(13.68±2.31)、(13.11±2.16)、(13.94±1.99)、(13.05±2.18)分,均高于治疗前的(1.68±0.79)、(2.17±0.85)、(10.88±2.76)、(9.27±2.25)、(11.72±1.87)、(9.02±2.21)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用FURS治疗上尿路结石的效果较好,术中出血量少,并发症的发生率低,治疗有效率高,患者的生活质量可明显提升,有推广价值。

Objective:To study the effect of flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy (FURS) in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi.Method:A total of 95 patients with upper urinary tract calculi who received treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected,they were treated by flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy.The quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared,and the clinical indicators,clinical efficacy,complication rate and stone clearance rate were observed.Result:The intraoperative blood loss was (25.68±0.68) ml,the length of stay was (4.18±0.35) d,the operation time was (42.23±8.51) min,the total effective rate was 94.73%,the stone clearance rate was 98.95%,and the incidence of complications was 6.32%.After treatment,subjective health status,subjective quality of life,social relationship,physiological,environmental and psychological scores were (2.84±0.74),(3.22±0.86),(13.68±2.31),(13.11±2.16),(13.94±1.99),(13.05±2.18) points,respectively,which were higher than (1.68±0.79),(2.17±0.85),(10.88±2.76),(9.27±2.25),(11.72±1.87),(9.02±2.21) points before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of FURS in the treatment of upper urinary calculi has a good effect,less intraoperative bleeding,low incidence of complications,high treatment efficiency,and significantly improved the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
