正念减压联合团体健康教育对老年广泛性焦虑障碍患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Mindfulness Stress Reduction Combined with Group Health Education on Negative Emotion and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder

摘要 目的:观察分析正念减压联合团体健康教育对老年广泛性焦虑障碍患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年7月-2021年5月于德阳市人民医院心身医学科治疗的80例老年广泛性焦虑障碍患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上予以正念减压治疗联合团体健康教育。比较两组治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、生活质量(SF-36)评分;比较两组护理满意度。结果:治疗前,两组SAS、SDS、HAMA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SAS、SDS、HAMA评分均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SF-36量表各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SF-36量表各维度评分均高于治疗前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年广泛性焦虑障碍患者的基础护理上予以正念减压治疗联合团体健康教育,可以减轻患者的焦虑程度,改善抑郁等负性情绪,有助于提高患者的生活质量。 Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of mindfulness stress reduction combined with group health education on negative emotions and quality of life in elderly patients with generalized anxiety disorder.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients with generalized anxiety disorder treated in department of psychosomatic medicine of Deyang People’s Hospital from July 2020 to May 2021 were selected,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the research group received mindfulness stress reduction combined with group health education on the basis of routine nursing.Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS),Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and quality of life (SF-36) scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups;nursing satisfaction was compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SAS,SDS and HAMA scores between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,SAS,SDS and HAMA scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and which in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the all dimension SF-36 scale scores between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the all dimension SF-36 scale scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Mindfulness stress reduction combined with group health education on the basic nursing of elderly patients with generalized anxiety disorder can reduce the degree of anxiety,improve depression and other negative emotions,and help improve the quality of life of patients.
