Logistics Distribution Strategy of Pharmaceutical E-Commerce

目的促进医药电子商务物流配送行业的健康发展,为医药电子商务物流配送策略的制订提供建议。方法分析我国网上药店现有药品配送方式,分析其特点及存在的缺陷,并提出相应建议。结果现阶段,我国网上药店的配送方式主要有自提、自营物流和第三方物流三大类。其中,自提模式存在缺少优势、竞争力差的问题,自营物流的缺陷主要有投资大、成本高、风险高、专业性不够,第三方物流面临专业化程度不够、物流控制能力低、不利于客户关系管理、连带经营风险高的问题。结论建议鼓励自营物流与第三方物流合作,建立健全药品配送体系;建立新型物流配送模式,提高消费者的购药效率;促进药品物流配送相关法律法规出台,加大政府对药品物流配送的监管力度。

Objective To promote the healthy development of the logistics distribution industry of pharmaceutical E-commerce,and to provide suggestions for the formulation of the logistics distribution strategy of pharmaceutical E-commerce.Methods The existing drug distribution methods of online pharmacies in China were analyzed,their characteristics and defects were analyzed,and the corresponding suggestions were put forward.Results At present,the distribution methods of online pharmacies in China mainly included self-delivery,self-operated logistics and third-party logistics.Among them,the self-delivery mode had the problems of lack of advantages and poor competitiveness,the defects of self-operated logistics were mainly reflected in large investment,high cost and high risk,and the third-party logistics faced the problems of insufficient specialization,low logistics control ability,unfavorable to customer relationship management and high joint operation risk.Conclusion It is suggested to encourage the cooperation between self-operated logistics and third-party logistics to establish a sound drug distribution system,construct a new logistics distribution mode to improve consumers'drug purchase efficiency,and promote the introduction of laws and regulations related to drug logistics and distribution to strengthen the government's supervision of drug logistics and distribution.
