摘要
目的建立芭蕉根药材的质量标准。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱法对芭蕉根药材进行定性鉴别,按2015年版《中国药典(四部)》通则测定芭蕉根药材的水分、总灰分及浸出物含量。结果芭蕉根药材呈圆柱形,具有棕色鳞片,直径10~20 cm,气香,味淡;显微形态特征明显,粉末呈灰褐色,可见淀粉粒、导管及草酸钙针晶;薄层色谱斑点显色清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰;12批药材的水分为10.04%~14.38%,总灰分为5.27%~8.24%,浸出物含量为5.68%~11.47%。结论该方法操作简单,重复性好,稳定可靠,可用于芭蕉根的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Radix Musae.Methods The qualitative identification of Radix Musae was carried out by character identification,microscopic identification and thin-layer chromatography(TLC).The moisture,total ash and extract content of Radix Musae were determined according to the general principles of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition,VolumeⅣ).Results The Radix Musae was cylindrical with brown scales,a diameter of 10-20 cm,fragrant and light flavor.The micromorphological characteristics of Radix Musae were obvious,its powder was grayish brown,with visible starch granules,ducts and calcium oxalate crystals.TLC spots showed clear color and good resolution,and the negative samples had no interference.The contents of moisture,total ash and extract content of 12 batches of Radix Musae were in the ranges of 10.04%-14.38%,5.27%-8.24%,and 5.68%-11.47%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,reproducible,stable and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Radix Musae.
