半夏泻心汤加减联合运脾开胃推拿手法治疗脾胃不和型厌食症疗效观察

Efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Yunpi Kaiwei Massage in the Treatment of Anorexia of Incoordination Between the Spleen and the Stomach

目的探讨半夏泻心汤加减联合运脾开胃推拿手法治疗脾胃不和型厌食症的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的脾胃不和型厌食症患儿104例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各52例。两组患儿均予运脾开胃推拿手法治疗,观察组患儿加用半夏泻心汤加减。结果观察组自愿退出本研究1例、失访2例,对照组失访1例、未严格执行治疗方案2例、自愿退出1例,均予以剔除。观察组总有效率为91.84%,显著高于对照组的72.92%(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的中医证候积分和血清瘦素水平均显著低于对照组,生长发育指标、血清神经肽Y、胃肠P物质水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(16.33%比10.42%,P>0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加减联合运脾开胃推拿手法治疗脾胃不和型厌食症,能改善患儿的临床症状,促进其生长发育,改善血清学指标。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Yunpi Kaiwei massage in the treatment of children with anorexia of incoordination between the spleen and the stomach.Methods A total of 104 children with anorexia of of incoordination between the spleen and the stomach admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 52 cases in each group.The children in the two groups were treated with Yunpi Kaiwei massage,while the children in the observation group were treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Results One case voluntarily withdrew from the study and two cases were lost to follow-up in the observation group,one case was lost to follow-up,two cases did not strictly implement the treatment plan and one case voluntarily withdrew from the study in the control group,and all the above children were excluded.The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.84%,which was significantly higher than 72.92%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and serum leptin level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the growth and development indexes,the levels of serum neuropeptide Y(NPY)and gastrointestinal substance P(SP)levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(16.33%vs.10.42%,P>0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Yunpi Kaiwei massage in the treatment of children with anorexia of incoordination between the spleen and the stomach can improve the clinical symptoms,promote the growth and development and improve the serological indexes of children.
