山东省生鲜电商村运营模式研究

Analysis on the Operation Mode of Fresh E-commerce Village in Shandong Province

在国家乡村振兴战略的引导下,电商村将“互联网+”与“三农”有机结合,逐渐成为创新农村经济发展的新模式。本文概述了山东省生鲜电商村的发展现状,分析了其中存在的问题,并以蒙阴县某村的B2B2C运营模式为案例进行分析,得出该模式为我国生鲜农产品的流通提供了思路,有利于推动“生鲜农产品上行”和“工业品下行”。同时指出随着政府和电商企业“赋能农村,助力电商村”的发展升级,电商村运营模式将逐渐成为未来农产品销售的趋势,因此要积极构建适用于山东省农村的B2B2C运营模式。

Under the guidance of the strategy of rural revitalization,when"Internet+"and"Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers"are combined by e-commerce villages,these have become a new model for innovative rural economic development gradually.The development status of fresh e-commerce was summarized in rural areas of Shandong province,in the meanwhile,some problems existing in fresh e-commerce villages were analyzed.Taking a village in Mengyin county as a research object,the model provided a new idea for the circulation of fresh agricultural products in China.It was conducive to promoting the"upward trend of fresh agricultural products"and"downward trend of industrial products".In addition,it also put forward that with the government and e-commerce enterprised empowering rural areas and helping the development and upgrading of e-commerce villages,the operation mode of e-commerce villages would gradually become the development trend of agricultural product sales in the future.Therefore,it was necessary to actively build B2B2C operation mode suitable for rural areas in Shandong province.
