桐城派后劲赵衡的古文与诗歌创作述论

Research on Zhao Heng’s Ancient Prose and Poetry Creation

赵衡是晚清民国时期桐城派的后劲,从吴汝纶、贺涛等人游,传承桐城派义法,是桐城派莲池文系的代表人物。其史论文最有价值,以抉发士人精神为核心,呈现了桐城义法的丰富内涵。学诗受吴汝纶、王树楠影响,取径唐诗,尤重王维、杜甫、韩愈、李商隐,推崇温柔敦厚的诗教和性情之真,欣赏融合学问、性情、时事而"非唯有以见其为人,抑实与治国闻有资焉"的清刚雅健之美。其诗散佚各处,今因整理《叙异斋文集》,从《赵衡信都书院文卷》中辑录其诗22首,以见其诗歌创作大概。

Zhao Heng is the up-and-coming of Tongcheng School in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. He inherited Tongcheng School’s righteousness and law from Wu Rulun and He Tao, and is the representative of Tongcheng School’s Lianchi culture. His historical papers are the most valuable, with the spirit of Chifa scholars as the core, showing the rich connotation of Tongcheng righteousness and law. His poetics was influenced by Wu Rulun and Wang Shunan. He learned to write poems in the Tang Dynasty, especially Wang Wei, Du Fu, Han Yu and Li Shangyin. He highly praised the gentle poetry teaching and true temperament, and appreciated the vigorous and elegant beauty which combined learning, temperament and current affairs. His poems are scattered all over the world. Now, because of sorting out the collection of Xu Yi Zhai Anthology, 22 of his poems are collected from Zhaohengxindu Academy Collection, by which we can see the general situation of his poetry creation.
