摘要
隐性知识的获取在高校科研创新团队知识管理方面至关重要。我们采用SECI模型对当前高校科研创新团队的知识获取现状进行分析,发现社交网络平台的建立对高校科研创新团队的隐性知识获取有积极作用,并从宏观、微观角度提出相应的建议。
Acquiring tacit knowledge is vital in knowledge management for scientific research innovation team. we adopt the SECI model to analyze the current knowledge management status of the scientific research innovation team, and find that the establishment of social network platform plays a positive role in acquiring tacit knowledge for the team. Corresponding suggestions are put forward on the acquisition of tacit knowledge from macro and micro perspectives.
