摘要
选取对山西某高校2017—2019届毕业生对学校的满意度调查数据进行分析,得出毕业生对图书馆服务和教师的满意度最高,对后勤服务的满意度最低。此外,自我评价对毕业生的总体满意度影响最大。通过差异性分析发现,农村地区生源需要更多的关注与帮助。
Graduates of a university in Shanxi Province from 2017 to 2019 were selected for data analysis to analyze their satisfaction towards school. It shows that the graduates had the highest satisfaction with library services and teachers. However, the graduates have the lowest satisfaction with logistics service. In addition, self-evaluation has the greatest impact on the overall satisfaction of graduates. Through differential analysis, we found that students from rural areas need more attention and help.
