Intrinsically Safe Design of Garbage Compression Equipment

为提升垃圾压缩设备的本质安全,本文结合某厂垃圾压缩设备历年工程实例中的安全问题,总结、分析垃圾压缩设备本质安全的分类、危险源,并对其提出本质安全措施。初步实现垃圾压缩设备在整个工艺流程过程的作业安全。

In order to improve the intrinsically safety of garbage compression equipment,in this paper,the classification and hazard of the intrinsic safety of the garbage compression equipment were summarized and analyzed on the basis of the safety problems experienced in the past engineering practices and intrinsic safe measures were put forward.So,the operation safety of the garbage compression equipment in the whole process is preliminarily realized.
