摘要 近年来被用于各大矿井等的本质安全型电气设备使用量逐渐增多,随之而来矿用型本安电源的需求也呈递增趋势。仅仅用硬件电路设计本安电源保护电会有:电路不具备一定的抗干扰性,不能及时解决故障等缺点。这样下去会存在严重的安全隐患,可能造成不堪想象的煤矿生产事故。为了解决以上问题,该电源拥有稳定的工作特性、模块整体尺寸较小、满足电气隔离条件、不间断供电的可调本安电源输出等优点,能满足现场矿用电气设备对不同电压的需求。该矿用本质安全型电源重要组成分别为:一次过流保护、一次过压保护、二次过流保护、二次过压保护、快速恢复电路、硬件保护措施、软件保护措施及实时监控电。通过基于STM32F103单片机的12位高速ADC快速转换,将设计的本安电源的电压、电流进行实时监控,最后控制本安电源的输出以达到软件、硬件的过压、过流控制保护。 In recent years,the use of intrinsically safe electrical equipment used in large mines is increasing,and the demand of intrinsically safe power supply for mine is also increasing.Only using hardware circuit to design intrinsically safe power supply to protect power will have:The circuit does not have a certain anti-interference,can not solve the fault and other shortcomings in time.There will be serious safety risks,may cause unimaginable accidents in coal mine production.In order to solve the above problems,the power supply has the advantages of stable working characteristics,small overall size of modules,meeting the conditions of electrical isolation,continuous power supply with adjustable intrinsic safety power output,etc.,the utility model can meet the requirements of different voltage for field mining electrical equipment.The essential safety type power supply for mine consists of primary over-current protection,primary over-voltage protection,secondary over-current protection,secondary over-voltage protection,fast recovery circuit,hardware protection,software protection and real-time monitoring power.Through 12-BIT HIGH-SPEED ADC fast conversion based on Stm32f103,the voltage and current of the designed amperage power supply are monitored in real time,and the output of the amperage power supply is finally controlled to achieve the over-voltage and over-current control protection of software and hardware.
