数字政府主要以信息技术为基础,通过精准计算与高效配置数据资产,在政务管理、公共服务和经济社会发展等领域进行广泛应用,属于新型政府治理模式。建设“一网统管”城运平台,有利于完善城市治理体系,提升治理能力,实现“一屏观天下,一网管全城”的目标。这样不仅能够推动社会治理现代化发展,也真正消除了城市管理存在的堵点和盲点。该文首先对“一网统管”进行概述,然后分析了数字政府“一网统管”城运平台的优势,并介绍了具体的建设实践方案。

Based on information technology,digital government is widely used in government management,public services,economic and social development and other fields through accurate calculation and efficient allocation of data assets.It belongs to a new government governance model.The construction of"one network unified management"urban transportation platform is conducive to improving the urban governance system,improving the governance capacity,and realizing the goal of"viewing the world on one screen and managing the whole city on one network".This can not only promote the modernization of social governance,but also really eliminate the blocking points and blind spots in urban management.This paper first summarizes the"one network unified management",then analyzes the advantages of the"one network unified management"urban transportation platform of digital government,and introduces the specific construction practice scheme.
