摘要
高速铁路基础设施维护对保证高铁安全平稳高效运行至关重要。随着高铁基础设施生产模式发生变革,2020年3月国家公布了铁路综合维修工等16个新职业。铁路高职院校作为铁路维修人才培养的主阵地,为培养适应新生产模式的技术技能人才,对铁路综合维修工职业能力分析,为重构课程体系、制订专业人才培养方案奠定基础。
The maintenance of high-speed railway infrastructure is very important to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of high-speed railway.With the transformation of the production mode of high-speed railway infrastructure,the state announced 16 new occupations such as comprehensive railway maintenance workers in March 2020.As the main position of railway maintenance personnel training,Railway Higher Vocational Colleges analyze the professional ability of railway comprehensive maintenance workers in order to cultivate technical and skilled talents who adapt to the new production mode,so as to lay a foundation for reconstructing the curriculum system and formulating the training scheme of professional talents.
