微波毫米波同轴连接器中,开槽中心导体的收口定型精度及收口质量直接影响到信号传输性能,该文提出一种定心精密收口夹具及收口方法,解决原有方法造成的收口精度低、真圆度与同轴度差以及收口质量一致性差的问题。通过采用夹具精密组合技术,使内外模具配合,实现开槽中心导体的精密收口定型和定心功能,保证收口精度、真圆度与同轴度符合设计要求,同时提高收口质量的一致性,并提高生产效率。

Microwave and millimeter wave coaxial connectors,the necking precision and quality of the inner conductor directly affect the signal transmission performance;this paper proposes a necking epicenter and method,and the solution of the original cause of low convergent precision,poor roundness,coaxial degree and the convergent problem of poor quality.Through the use of fixture precision combination technology,so that the internal and external mold match,realize the precise necking of the inner conductor.The consistency of the necking quality and production efficiency was improved by using this series of method.
