摘要
为解决叉车转向桥在极端使用条件下的安全性和可靠性验证问题,本文以自主研发的某型叉车转向桥为对象,搭建了转向桥跌落实验平台,制定了叉车转向桥跌落实验步骤及验收标准。使用ANSYS有限元软件建立了叉车转向桥有限元模型,进行了跌落过程有限元仿真,获取了最大载荷垂直方向和C型部位变形量、拉伸挤压应力及塑性变形量等数据。通过实物跌落实验验证分析和有限元仿真,提出科学可行的叉车转向桥验证方案,为产品的进一步设计优化提供有力数据支撑。
In order to verify the safety and reliability of forklift steering axle under extreme conditions,this paper takes a type of forklift steering axle developed independently as the experimental object,builds a drop test platform,and formulates the test procedure and acceptance criterion. The finite element model of forklift steering axle is established with ANSYS software,and the finite element simulation of the falling process is carried out to obtain the data of deformation in the vertical direction and C-shaped parts with zero load,tensile and extrusion stresses and plastic deformation. Based on the drop analysis of physical experiment and finite element simulation,a feasible forklift steering axle verification scheme is proposed for product optimization.
