髋部骨折术后信息化技术在延续性护理中的应用进展

Application progress of information technology in continuous nursing after hip fracture surgery

老年髋部骨折术后的患者康复期长,并发症多,给患者、家属及医务人员带来沉重的医疗照护负担。目前,信息化技术结合延续性护理服务的模式能充分利用医疗资源,有效提高老年髋部骨折术后患者自我管理能力,加速康复进程,提高患者的生存质量。本文就信息化技术在患者延续性护理中的应用展开综述,以期为我国医护人员在老年髋部骨折术后患者出院后提供更好的居家护理服务,推动患者从医院到社区或家庭的延续性服务中多方位应用“互联网”+技术提供参考。

Elderly patients with hip fractures have a long rehabilitation period and many complications,which brings a heavy bur⁃den of medical care to patients,family members,and medical staff.At present,the mode of information technology combined with contin⁃uous nursing service can make full use of medical resources,effectively improve the self-management ability of elderly hip fracture pa⁃tients,accelerate the rehabilitation process and improve the quality of life of patients.This article reviews the application of information technology in patients'continuity nursing,hoping to provide references for our medical staff to provide better home care services for el⁃derly patients after hip fracture surgery and to promote the application of Internet plus technology from hospitals to community or family continuity services.
