自制手术用负压保护罩在神经外科开颅手术中的应用

Application of self-made negative pressure protective cover for surgery in neurosurgery craniotomy

目的探讨自制手术用负压保护罩在神经外科开颅手术中的应用效果。方法选取湖州市中心医院2020年1月至2020年10月在该院施行神经外科开颅手术的患者120名作为研究对象。按照随机数字表将入选患者随机分组:试验组和对照组各60名患者。实验组患者手术中使用自制手术用负压保护罩,对照组患者手术中使用常规负压吸引装置。比较两组患者手术时气溶胶清除率、手术停止操作次数及开颅时间的差异。结果实验组气溶胶清除率(78.87±4.60)高于对照组(66.05±7.33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组手术停止操作次数(2.033±0.843)低于对照组(2.383±0.976),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组开颅时间(10.85±2.52)分钟,低于对照组(11.85±2.58)分钟,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论自制手术用负压保护罩临床使用效果良好,能有效清除开颅手术中产生的气溶胶,减少手术停止操作次数,缩短开颅时间,值得推荐应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of self-made negative pressure protective cover for surgery in neurosurgery craniotomy.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent neurosurgery craniotomy in Huzhou Central Hospital from January 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,the selected patients have randomly divided into two groups:60 patients in each of the experimental group and the control group.The patients in the experimental group used the self-made negative pressure protective cover during the operation,and the patients in the control group used the conventional negative pressure suction device during the operation.The differences in the aerosol clearance rate,the number of operation stops and the time of craniotomy during the operation were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The aerosol clearance rate of the experimen⁃tal group(78.87±4.60)was higher than that of the control group(66.05±7.33),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of operation stops in the experimental group(2.033±0.843)was lower than that of the control group(2.383±0.976),the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05);the craniotomy time of the experimental group was(10.85±2.52)minutes,which was lower than the control group(11.85±2.58)minutes,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion The self-made surgical protective cover has a good clinical effect.It can effectively remove the aerosol generated during craniotomy,reduce the number of cessa⁃tion operations,and shorten the time of craniotomy.It is worth recommending.
