摘要
7055(7A55)铝合金是在7150合金的基础上,通过提高Zn/Mg比值、进一步降低杂质含量而开发出来的合金化程度更高、强度更高、综合性能较优的变形铝合金。国外自上世纪80年代起步研究,美国1991正式注册,并获得广泛应用。国内研究起步较晚,工业化应用较少,有文献对该合金的综述性报道已超过十年。本文从合金成分设计及优化、均匀化热处理工艺、热加工工艺、固溶热处理工艺、时效工艺、形变热处理工艺等方面介绍了7055(7A55)合金的研究现状及最新进展。
7055(7A55)aluminum alloy is a deformed aluminum alloy with higher alloying degree,higher strength and better comprehensive properties by improving the Zn/Mg ratio and further reducing the impurity content on the basis of 7150 alloy.The study started in the 1980s abroad,and was officially registered in the United States in 1991,and has been widely used.Domestic research started late,industrial application was less,the existing literature on the alloy has been reviewed for more than ten years.The research status and latest progress of 7055(7A55)alloy were introduced from the aspects of composition design and optimization,homogenization heat treatment process,hot working process,solution heat treatment process,aging process and deformation heat treatment process.
