新发展阶段我国体育外交发展的战略思路与实现路径

Strategic Thinking and Realization Path of China's Sports Diplomacy in the New Development Stage

进入新发展阶段,在统筹中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局中推进体育外交工作,需要准确把握世界百年未有之大变局给我国体育外交带来的机遇和挑战,并从中华民族伟大复兴战略全局的高度确定体育外交发展的战略目标与战略任务。认为,应从以下6个方面推进我国体育外交发展:加强国际体育领域合作,支持建设人类卫生健康共同体;服务构建“双循环”,推进体育更高水平对外开放;通过北京2022年冬奥会主场外交,塑造良好国际形象;推动体育人文交流走实、走深、走细,促进民心相通;积极践行多边主义,主动参与全球体育治理;深化体育领域双多边合作,助推“一带一路”高质量发展。

Entering a new stage of development,it is necessary to accurately grasp the opportunities and challenges of sports diplomacy to promote sports diplomacy in the major changes in the world unseen in a century,and to establish the strategic goals and tasks of the development from the perspective of the great rejuvenation strategy of the Chinese nation.The research suggests that the development of China's sports diplomacy should be promoted in six aspects:international sports cooperation to build a shared community for human health;"double cycle"service construction to promote the higher opening level of sports;good host diplomacy at the Beijing Winter Olympics to create a good national image;cultural exchanges for sport to enhance mutual understanding;multilateralism practice to take an active part in global sports governance;bilateral and multilateral cooperation in sports to promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
