街区文化在老工业城市转型发展中的作用--以河南焦作为例

The role of block culture in the transformation and development of old industrial cities:Take Jiaozuo City,Henan Province as an Example

河南焦作是国家确定的首批资源枯竭型城市。焦作“以矿兴市”的百年历史,以及英国福公司与哲美森街区等历史遗存,为其摆脱困境和成功转型奠定了文化基础,并最终实现了由“黑色印象”到“绿色主题”的华丽转身。公共空间是街区文化发展的内核。通过对公共空间概念的探索,梳理老工业城市发展的历史,找出有代表性的工业街区,从而分析街区文化对城市转型发展的重要意义。焦作在此方面,为其他工业城市的转型提供了发展样板。

Jiaozuo in Henan is the first batch of resource-exhausted cities identified by the state.Jiaozuo's century-old history of“revitalizing the city by mining”,as well as the historical relics of the British Fortune Company and the Jamieson District,laid the foundation for its successful transformation from the“black impression”to the“green theme”.Public space is the core of the development of neighborhood culture.Through the exploration of the concept of public space,the development history of old industrial cities is sorted out,and representative industrial blocks are found out,so as to analyze the significance of block culture to urban transformation and development.In this respect,Jiaozuo provides a model for the transformation of other industrial cities.
