摘要
研究一种口腔卫生器具电动牙刷清洁能力评价方法,并设计了一套用于模拟电动牙刷使用时刷牙运行的装置来配合评价电动牙刷的清洁效果。选取市场上15款具有代表性的不同品牌和机型的电动牙刷样品,通过测试数据对比和分析,验证了本方法的可操作性和可实现性。本文评价方法主要考核电动牙刷物理因素(如刷头、振动、刷毛等)综合方面的清洁效果,避免了临床医学上电动牙刷清洁美白和清除牙菌斑效果测试的复杂性和对活体实验的依赖性,同时也为开展个人口腔卫生健康护理产品的清洁能力评价提供了思路。
A method of cleaning efficiency evaluation for oral hygiene appliances-electrically powered toothbrush was studied,and a set of equipment was designed to simulate the operation of electric toothbrush to evaluate the cleaning efficiency.By comparing and analyzing the test data of 15 typical electric toothbrushes of different brands and models on the market,the operability and feasibility of the method are verified.In this paper,the comprehensive cleaning efficiency of electric toothbrush physical factors,such as brush head,vibration and bristles,is evaluated,the utility model avoids the complexity of the test of the cleaning and whitening efficiency of the electric toothbrush and the dependence on the in vivo experiment in clinical medicine.And it also provides an idea to evaluate the cleaning efficiency of personal oral hygienic and health care products.
