摘要
本文介绍了墙壁开关插座按钮的定义,且结合文献查找及用户调研得出按钮脱扣力的最佳范围值。并用理论分析-CAE分析和控制变量法进行实测分析对可能影响开关按钮脱扣力的因素(油漆工艺、PC料差异、结构方面:扣位刚度/按钮主壁厚/支撑筋/扣位方向)进行分析,得出相应结论,为后续墙壁开关产品的设计,对按钮脱扣力大小进行调控提供了合适的方法和条件。
This paper introduces the definition of the wall switch socket button and obtains the best range value of the button release force based on literature search and user survey.Using theoretical analysis-CAE analysis and control variable method to test the factors that may affect the switch button release force (paint process,PC material difference,structure:buckle stiffness/button main wall thickness/support bar/buckle direction).The corresponding conclusions are obtained,and the appropriate method and condition are provided for adjusting the release force of the button in the design of the wall swith products.
