双腔双控吸油烟机油烟逃逸测试研究

本文主要内容是研究交流与直流双腔双控油烟机的油烟逃逸,并对风量、实验噪声、厨房噪声进行测试对比,得出单独开启单边翻板比同时开启两边翻板时的吸烟效果好,在150 Pa厨房背压下,交流双腔双控油烟机通过调整分区位置可以使单独开启左右翻板时的吸烟效果接近,风量在15 m^(3)/min情况下,直流双腔双控油烟机左翻板开启时厨房噪声比交流双腔双控油烟机低11.9 dB,其具有更低的厨房噪声和用户体验感更好。

The main content of this paper is to study the smoke escape of AC and DC double-chamber and double-control range hood,and the airflow、experiment noise、kitchen noise were tested and compared,and it was concluded that the smoking effect was better when unilateral flap was opened alone.Under 150 Pa kitchen back pressure,the smoking effect of opening unilateral flap and opening bilateral flap could be close by adjusting the partition position.In the case of 15 m^(3)/min airflow,the kitchen noise of DC range hood is 11.9 dB lower than that of AC range hood when the left flap is opened,which has lower kitchen noise and better user experience.
