社会支持在心力衰竭患者躯体症状与焦虑抑郁间的中介作用

Mediating effect of social support between somatic symptoms and anxiety-depression in patients with heart failure

目的探讨社会支持在心力衰竭(心衰)患者躯体症状与焦虑抑郁之间的中介效应。方法采用便利抽样法,运用18项心衰躯体感觉量表、社会支持量表、医院焦虑抑郁量表,对江苏省徐州市某三甲医院心内住院的270例心衰患者调查,运用SPSS 21.0软件进行数据录入及统计分析。结果心衰患者的躯体症状总分、各维度与焦虑抑郁总分及各维度均呈正相关;患者的躯体症状与其社会支持水平呈负相关;社会支持水平与焦虑抑郁水平呈负相关;社会支持水平在患者的躯体症状对焦虑抑郁情绪的影响中起部分中介作用。结论对心衰患者的治疗及护理除了要注重自身症状外,还要提高社会支持水平,有效疏导负性情绪。

Objective To discuss the mediating effect of social support between somatic symptoms and anxiety-depression in patients with heart failure(HF).Methods A survey was conducted in HF patients(n=270)from a gradeⅢ-A hospital in Xuzhou City of Jiangsu Province by using convenience sampling method,18-item heart failure somatic perception scale(HFSPS-18),social support revalued scale(SSRS)and hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS).The data was inputted,counted and analyzed by using SPSS21.0 software.Results The total score and each dimension of somatic symptoms were positively correlated to the total score and each dimension of anxiety-depression in HF patients.The somatic symptoms were negatively correlated to social support level in HF patients.The level of social support was negatively correlated to anxiety-depression level in HF patients.The level of social support has some mediating effect on influence of somatic symptoms on anxiety-depression in HF patients.Conclusion In addition to paying attention to symptoms in HF patients,the level of social support should be improved for effectively alleviating negative emotions in HF patients.
