摘要
本文基于2005—2018年中国30个省市的面板数据,以"整体升级""高效化"和"高级化"3个维度的结构指数表征产业结构升级,实证检验了绿色技术创新对产业结构升级的影响以及要素市场扭曲在其中的调节作用。研究表明:绿色技术创新能够有效促进产业结构升级,要素市场扭曲则会阻碍产业结构升级,并负向调节绿色技术创新对产业结构升级的促进作用,且上述结论存在要素类型与地区的异质性。进一步研究发现,绿色技术创新对产业结构升级的影响存在门槛效应,不同要素市场扭曲程度下绿色技术创新对产业结构升级的影响存在差异。研究结论可为科学规划绿色技术创新与要素市场化改革方向提供参考建议,从而促进我国产业结构升级。
Based on China’s panel data of 30 provinces and cities from 2005 to 2018,it empirically examined the impact of green technology innovation on industrial structure upgrading and the moderating role of factor market distortion,in which industrial structure upgrading were measured from three dimensions of overall development,highefficiency and upgrading. The results show that green technology innovation effectively promotes the upgrading of industrial structure,and factor market distortion hinders industrial structure upgrading,and has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between green technology innovation and industrial structure upgrading. And the conclusions above all have heterogeneities of factor types and regions. Further analysis finds that there is a threshold effect on the impact of green technology innovation on industrial structure upgrading,which means the impact of green technology innovation on industrial structure upgrading is different under different levels of factor market distortion. The conclusions provide reference suggestions for a more scientific planning of green technology innovation and factor marketization reform,which is aimed at promoting China’s industrial structure upgrading.
