摘要
如何有效提升中小企业的供应链融资绩效是供应链金融领域普遍关注的问题。基于信号理论,本文探究了协同创新信号如何影响中小企业供应链融资绩效,并识别信息技术应用与环境竞争性对信号甄别的优化作用。基于234份中小企业有效样本进行实证分析,结果表明:协同创新是促进中小企业供应链融资绩效提升的关键信号;信息技术应用对协同创新与中小企业供应链融资绩效之间的关系具有积极的调节作用;当环境竞争性较高时,信息技术应用更能提升协同创新对中小企业供应链融资绩效的促进作用。本文将信号理论拓展至供应链金融研究领域,丰富了供应链金融的研究视角,为复杂变革情境下中小企业供应链融资实践提供了一定的管理参考。
In the supply chain finance field,how to effectively improve the supply chain financing performance of small and medium-sized enterprises is a common concern of scholars. Based on signaling theory,it explored how collaborative innovation,as a signal,affected the supply chain financing performance of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),and identified the optimization effect of information technology application and environmental competitiveness on signal transmission. Based on the empirical analysis of 234 valid samples of SMEs,it finds that:collaborative innovation is the key signal to promote the supply chain financing performance of SMEs;information technology application has a positive effect on the relationship between collaborative innovation and supply chain financing performance of SMEs;When the environmental competitiveness is high,information technology application enhances the promotion of collaborative innovation to the supply chain financing performance of SMEs. It expands signaling theory to the supply chain finance field,enriches the research perspective of supply chain finance,and provides a certain management reference for the supply chain financing practice of SMEs under the complex change situation.
