摘要
新时期福建独立学院定位培养应用型人才,服务福建经济建设及产业优化升级。通过构建福建独立学院应用型人才培养评价体系,选取应用型人才培养评价指标,并遵循重要性、差异性、可测性等原则,结合德尔菲法与灰色关联分析法评价福建独立学院应用型人才培养情况。结果发现,福建独立学院应用型人才培养整体不佳,建议从制定"双师"标准,打通校企人才流通渠道;立足市场需求,深化校企合作;增强专业职业能力,以赛促学,凭证就业这三方面进行加强提升。
Fujian independent colleges in the new era aim to cultivate application-oriented talents to serve the optimization and upgrading of Fujian economic and industrial structure. Combined with Delphi method and grey correlation analysis method, this paper evaluates the cultivation of applied talents in Fujian independent colleges by constructing an evaluation system of applied talents cultivation in Fujian independent colleges based on the OBE concept, selecting the evaluation index of application-oriented talent training, and following the principles of importance, variability and measurability. The results show that the overall training of applied talents in Fujian independent colleges is not promising. It is suggested to establish the "double-ability" teachers’(teachers with two professional titles) standard to open up the talent circulation channels between colleges and enterprises, deepen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises based on market demand, strengthen professional ability and obtain employment through competitions and professional certificates.
