摘要
大型客机项目作为国家战略规划专项,其协同研制具有技术含量高、协同管理困难和研制周期长等特点。本文研究了大型客机协同研制过程中供应链进度风险问题。首先,分析了大型客机协同研制供应链进度风险的影响因素和特征;其次,基于ISM结构模型对该系统的供应链进度风险及风险传播路径进行了剖析;最后,以液冷系统为例进行了案例分析,得到各级风险之间的相关关系,并提出相应的对策建议。
Large aircraft project as a special project of national strategic planning,its collaborative development has the characteristics of high technology content,diffi cult collaborative management and long development cycle.This paper studies the schedule risk of supply chain in the process of collaborative development of large aircraft.Firstly,this paper analyzes the infl uencing factors and characteristics of the schedule risk of the supply chain in the collaborative development of large aircraft.Then,this paper analyzes the schedule risk and risk propagation path of the supply chain based on the ISM structure model,and fi nally takes the liquid cooling system as an example to analyze the case,achieves the correlation between the risks at all levels,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
