贸易新业态视角下的中国跨境电商监管难点研究

Research on the Diffi culties of China’s Cross-border E-commerce Supervision from the Perspective of New Trade Formats

跨境电商属于贸易新业态,市场规模、交易规模持续扩大,国际贸易贡献率不断上升,全面带动了我国国际贸易经济的增长。同时,跨境电商也属于新型贸易方式,其资金流、货物流与传统模式差别很大,无法适应当前国际贸易监管模式。本文基于贸易新业态,讨论和分析跨境电商监管难点,同时提出科学化的监管对策,以供参考。

Cross border e-commerce belongs to new trade formats.The market scale and transaction scale continue to expand,and the contribution rate of international trade continues to rise,which comprehensively driving the economic growth of China’s international trade.Meanwhile,cross-border e-commerce is also a new type of trade.Its capital fl ow and goods logistics are very diff erent from the traditional mode,and it cannot adapt to the international trade supervision mode at present.Based on the new trade formats,this paper discusses and analyzes the difficulties of cross-border e-commerce supervision,and puts forward scientifi c supervision countermeasures for reference.
