摘要
商务谈判是一种交际活动,语言是交际的工具。谈判双方需运用良好的语言表达技巧来清晰、准确地表达各自的立场、观点,在协商过程中巧妙说服对方,最终达成意见的一致,良好的谈判效果充分表现在谈判的语言、策略及方法的运用上。本文从社会语言学、语用学角度出发,对商务谈判语言特点及语言表达技巧的运用进行研究,使得商务谈判语言具有规范性、策略性。
Business negotiation is a communicative activity.Language is a communicative tool.Both sides of the negotiation should use good language expression skills to clearly and accurately express their positions and points of view and skillfully persuade the other side in the negotiation process.They can and fi nally reach the agreement of opinions.The good negotiating eff ect is fully demonstrated in the application of the language,strategy and method.From the perspective of sociolinguistics and pragmatics,this paper studies the language characteristics and the application of language expression skills in business negotiation,so as to make the language of business negotiation normative and strategic.
