摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济的迅猛发展,现代企业对技能人才的评价拥有了更大的自主权。为适应新形势发展的需求,企业要进一步发挥技能人才评价的主导作用,不断完善技能人才自主评价体系。本文阐述了“技能人才”及其基本特质,指出了企业实施技能人才自主评价的依据及自主评价的发展趋势,基于当前企业技能人才自主评价存在的主要问题和不足,从建立正确的技能人才自主评价理念、制定合理的自主评价内容、规范技能人才自主评价流程及完善自主评价保障机制四个维度,对新形势下企业技能人才自主评价的建设路径作出了探讨。
With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy,modern enterprises have greater autonomous right in the evaluation of skilled talents.To meet the needs of the new development situation,enterprises should further play the leading role of skilled talents evaluation and constantly improve the independent evaluation system of skilled talents.This paper expounds the“skilled talents”and its basic characteristics,points out the basis for enterprises to implement the independent evaluation of skilled talents and the development trend of independent evaluation.Based on the main problems and defi ciencies existing in the current independent evaluation of skilled talents,from the four dimensions of establishing a correct concept of independent evaluation of skilled talents,formulating reasonable contents of independent evaluation,standardizing the independent evaluation process of skilled talents and improving the guarantee mechanism of independent evaluation,this paper discusses the construction path of independent evaluation of skilled talents of enterprises in the new situation.
