“人民满意”视域下高职院校办学质量提升策略研究——以湖北省高职院校为例

Research on improving the quality of Higher Vocational Colleges from the perspective of"People's satisfaction"——Taking Hubei Province as an example

党的十九大强调要“加快教育现代化,办好人民满意的教育”,新时代办好人民满意的高职教育具有现实迫切性,而提升高职院校办学质量是关键。目前湖北省高职院校存在着办学定位与经济社会发展匹配性不强、校企间产教融合程度不深、学生群体教育满意度不强等问题。未来湖北省高职院校应秉承人民满意的评价导向、坚持立足湖北的办学定位、加强内部治理长效机制、深化产教融合发展战略、走高质量内涵建设道路来办好人民满意的高职教育,实现办学质量的显著提升。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed the need to"Speed up the modernization of education and ensure that people are satisfied with education".In the new era,it is urgent to ensure that people are satisfied with higher vocational education,the key to improve the quality of running a school in higher vocational colleges.At present,higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province are facing some problems in running schools,such as the low degree of correspondence between the orientation of running a school and the development of economy and society,the low degree of Integration of production and education between schools and enterprises,and the low degree of educational satisfaction of students.In the future,the higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province should run the higher vocational education to the satisfaction of the people by adhering to the evaluation orientation of the People's satisfaction,sticking to the orientation of running the school based on Hubei Province,strengthening the long-term mechanism of internal governance,deepening the strategy of the integration of production and education,and strengthening the concept of constructing high quality with connotation,to achieve a significant improvement in school-running quality.
