摘要
提升社会工作专业学生在实践教学中的主体性,是一个有价值的研究议题,但学界仍较少涉及。以南京晓庄学院实践教学改革为例,旨在探讨项目制与学生主体性之间的关系。通过研究发现,项目制可极大地促进学生的专业能力的提高,并在提升学生主体性方面作用明显。主体性的提升不仅激发了学生对项目的参与热情,也增强了他们的专业认同感。
It is obvious that improving subjectivity of students majoring in social work is avaluable research topic.However,the topic seems quite seldom involved in academic field.Then,the paper tries to expound the relationship between project system and student subjectivity based on the practice teaching reform in Nanjing Xiaozhuang University.Research findings show that project system greatly promotes the improvement of students'professional ability.There is no doubt that project system also plays an obvious role in enhancing student subjectivity.Therefore,it not only stimulates students'enthusiasm for participating in projects,but also enhances students'professional identity.
