摘要
构建高校思政课师生共同体,有助于理解教师群体中存在的认知偏差,互联网时代下的学习本质和教育产业化背景下的大学教育初心。新时代的师生学习共同体,包括三个要素,两个层次和一个核心,在学生立场、倾听文化和合作学习三个方面有清晰与精准的理解和表达。师生学习共同体的改革实践给“教育现场”带来显著变化,用开放型的教学环境促进学生学习自然发生,用“倾听与对话”保障学生的学习权,用“学习设计”激发学生的高品质学习。
Building a community of teachers and students in ideological and political courses would help understand the cognitive biases in teachers'group,familiarize with the nature of learning in the Internet era,and know original intention of university education under the background of education industrialization.There is no doubt that teacher-student learning community consists of three elements,two levels,and one core.It seems to have a clear and precise understanding and expression based on students'standpoint,listening culture and cooperative learning.Therefore,reform and practice of teacher-student learning community has brought significant changes to education scene.An open teaching environment might promote natural occurrence of students'learning.It is necessary to protect students'right to learn by listening and dialogue.The aim is to stimulate students'high-quality learning through learning design.
