蒋氏推拿三步法结合靶点刺血拔罐法治疗粘连期肩周炎的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Jiang's Three-step Massage Combined with Target Pricking and Cupping in Treatment of Frozen Shoulder

目的:探讨蒋氏推拿三步法结合靶点刺血拔罐法治疗粘连期肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:按随机数字表法将60例粘连期肩周炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组选用普通推拿法,治疗组选取蒋氏推拿三步法结合靶点刺血拔罐法,治疗后采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)、Melle评分量表和肩关节活动度测量两组治疗前后肩关节的疼痛程度、功能和活动度的变化。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分、Melle评分、肩关节后伸、前屈、外展的活动度均有显著好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS、Melle评分及肩关节前屈、外展、后伸活动度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒋氏推拿三步法结合靶点刺血拔罐法治疗粘连期肩周炎疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jiang's three-step massage combined with target pricking and cupping therapy in the treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods:A total of 60 patients with periarthritis at the adhesion stage who were admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital were selected and divided into a control group(n=30)and a treatment group(n=30)according to a random number table.The control group used traditional ordinary massage therapy,and the treatment group selected Jiang's three-step massage combined with target pricking and cupping therapy,each of which was treated for 3 weeks as a course of treatment,of which target pricking and cupping was treated twice in one course.After treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS),Melle score scale and shoulder joint range of motion were selected to measure the changes in the pain degree,function and range of motion of the shoulder joint in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS score,Melle score value,shoulder extension,flexion and abduction range of motion were significantly improved in the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the results of VAS,Melle,flexion,abduction and extension of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiang's three-step massage combined with target pricking and cupping has better curative effect than traditional ordinary massage for treatment of frozen shoulder.
