面瘫病因之内外风辨析

Differentiation and Analysis of endogenous and exogenous wind Causes of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

历代关于周围性面瘫病因颇有争议,基本分为三类:“外因致病说、内因致病说和内外因综合致病说”。经过对历代医家著作的分析与对临床有效治疗面瘫的研究总结,“外风”是面瘫的主要病因。“风为百病之长”,寒邪、热邪等依附于风邪侵袭面部,发为面瘫。本文着眼于面瘫的“内外风”之争,主要为了追寻面瘫的主要病因,以此为出发点来帮助指导临床的治疗,提高临床疗效。

The etiology of peripheral facial paralysis has been controversial in the past dynasties,It is basically divided into three categories:"external pathogenic theory,internal pathogenic theory,internal and external pathogenic theory".Based on the analysis of the works of doctors in past dynasties and the research summary of clinical effective treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,"exogenous wind"is the main etiology of peripheral facial paralysis."Wind being the chief pathogen of all diseases".Cold pathogen,heat pathogen,etc.are attached to wind pathogen and attack the face,causing peripheral facial paralysis.This paper focuses on the"exogenous and endogenous wind"debate of facial paralysis,mainly in order to trace the main causes of facial paralysis,as a starting point to help guide the clinical treatment,improve the clinical efficacy.
