基于经筋理论探讨推拿治疗腰背肌筋膜炎

Discussion on the Treatment of Low Back Myofasciitis with Massage based on the Theory of Meridians Sinew

腰背肌筋膜炎属于中医经筋病范畴,腰部结筋病灶点的病理嵌顿是腰部筋伤的病理表现。笔者基于经筋理论探讨腰背肌筋膜炎的病因病机,从“点-线-面-体”四个维度探讨经筋理论指导下推拿治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的施术部位及手法特点,以期为临床上应用经筋推拿治疗腰背肌筋膜炎提供有益指导。

Lumbar back myofascitis belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine fascia disease.The formation of fasciafocal points in the waist is the pathological manifestation of its fascia injury.Based on the theory of theory of meridians sinew,the author discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis,and discussed the operation sites and characteristics of transtendons massage in the treatment of this disease from the four dimensions of"point-line-plane-body".It is expected to provide useful guidance for the clinical application of transtendinous massage in the treatment of lumbar back myofascitisbelongs.
