督灸在气道慢性炎症性疾病中的应用

Application of Du-moxibustion in Chronic Airway Inflammatory Diseases

气道慢性炎症性疾病在气道炎症控制不佳时,容易反复出现各种呼吸道症状,严重影响患者生活质量。目前,督灸疗法在气道慢性炎症性疾病中的研究日益增多,并取得了不凡的疗效。为探求督灸在治疗气道慢性炎症性疾病中的作用及督灸对慢性气道炎症性疾病可能适用的中医证型,并为日后督灸在其他呼吸系统疾病的运用提供依据,以中华医学会呼吸病学分会哮喘学组于2017年发表的《上-下气道慢性炎症性疾病联合诊疗与管理专家共识》中所提及的病种为依据,于各个数据库中进行检索,筛选近10年内相关的临床及基础研究文献,经梳理后结果显示督灸对以肺脾肾气虚或阳虚为主证的气道慢性炎症性疾病具有良好疗效。

When airway inflammation is poorly controlled,airway chronic inflammatory diseases are prone to recurrent respiratory symptoms,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.At present,the research of Du-moxibustion therapy in airway chronic inflammatory diseases is increasing,and it has achieved extraordinary curative effects.In order to study the role of Du-moxibustion in the treatment of chronic airway inflammatory diseases and the TCM syndrome types of chronic airway inflammatory diseases that Du-moxibustion may be applicable to,and to provide evidence for the future use of Du-moxibustion in other respiratory diseases,based on the diseases mentioned in the《Expert Consensus on Joint Diagnosis,Treatment and Management of Upper and Lower Airway Chronic Inflammatory Diseases》published by Asthma Group of Chinese Thoracic Society in 2017,the relevant clinical and basic research literature in recent 10 years were screened by searching in various databases,and the results show that Du-moxibustion has good curative effect on Qi deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney or yang deficiency types of chronic airway inflammatory diseases.
