帝国霸权与政治经济学批判--约翰·贝拉米·福斯特的新帝国主义理论研究述评

Imperial Hegemony and Political Economy Criticism-A Review of New Imperialism Theory in John Bellamy Foster

国内学术界从四个方面展开了对福斯特新帝国主义理论的研究,包括:新帝国主义的本质和特征、新帝国主义与金融危机、新帝国主义与生态危机、福斯特新帝国主义理论与相关学者的比较。学者们通过对这四个方面的深入研究,更加深刻地揭示了新帝国主义反生态、反人类的事实。学术界对福斯特新帝国主义理论的研究取得了颇为丰硕的成果,但是还存在着总体性研究不足、文本梳理和翻译不足、比较研究不足、理论与现实结合不足、多学科交叉研究不足等问题。通过对福斯特新帝国主义的研究,丰富了新帝国主义的理论资源,推进了列宁帝国主义论的发展,有助于推动中国特色社会主义和21世纪国外马克思主义的资本主义批判模式的发展。

The domestic academic circle has carried out research on Foust's New Imperialism from four aspects.These include the nature and characteristics of the New Imperialism,the study of the logic of capitalist accumulation,the New Imperialism and the ecological crisis,and the comparison with the theories of related theorists.Through these four aspects of in-depth study,scholars have further revealed the fact that the New Imperialism is anti-ecological and anti-human.Academic research on Foust's New Imperialism has yielded fruitful results.However,there are still some problems,such as the lack of overall research,the lack of text sorting and translation,the lack of comparative research,the lack of integration of theory and practice,and the lack of interdisciplinary research.The study of Foust's New Imperialism enriches the theoretical resources of the New Imperialism and advances the development of Vladimir Lenin's imperialism.It is helpful to promote the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the capitalist critical mode of Marxism abroad in the 21st.
